Rip is CEO of JZ 94.5 and host of "It's a New Day". He is also CEO of the Almanette Restaurant & Hotel and the American Blues Network. His family has been on the coast since before Gulfport became a city. He and his family are proud to continue the tradition of African-American ownership.
Rowe Evans is News Director at jz94.5 WJZD-FM and Producer of the call-in talk show, It's a New Day with Rip Daniels and host of the podcast, Keepers of the Cool Present: Crucial Conversations. After studying Mass Communications and Journalism at the University of Tampa in Florida, Rowe returned to Mississippi to attend William Carey University on a Theater scholarship.

DJ T-Swan has been in radio and a live-mix DJ for 15+ years. Throughout the years he has been on many tours and shared the stage with some of the biggest artist in the music industry. Swan airs every Monday-Saturday 7 p.m. to Midnight.
Michael is CFO, Promotion Director, and Acct. Executive of JZ 94.5 FM, He is also a recipient of the Gulf Coast Top 10 Business Leaders Under 40 and also serves the community as a Youth Coach and is a member of the City of Gulfport’s Zoning board.
General and National Sale’s Manager. Tamara has been with WJZD for 25 years working in sales, advertising, and promotions. Tamara believes developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
Amelia Cooper-Simon has served as the Operations Manager for 5 years. She handles traffic, scheduling and programming as well as accounts receivable. Additionally, Amelia is the executive assistant to the CEO. Amelia is also the Civil Service Commissioner for Ward 1 in Gulfport and is a life member of the NAACP.
