793: It’s a New Day: 11-10-22 MOVE Bombing Lawsuit

Lionell Dotson, the brother of two Black girls (14 year-old Katricia, and 13 year-old Zanetta) killed in Philadelphia’s MOVE Bombing in 1985, is suing the city and the trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. The civil lawsuit claims Dotson’s sisters’ remains were mistreated and hidden away for more than three decades, court documents show. The civil complaint alleges emotional distress for his family.
